Leave with a clean ending.

You can delete your Rheusk account yourself. Active account data is removed immediately. If you pay for a plan, cancel it with the shop that sold it before deleting the account.

There is no grace period and no hidden “deactivated” account. Once you confirm deletion, there is no undo.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your work, open Settings and choose Export everything first. The JSON export contains your account details, writing profile, themes, ideas, every saved stage and feedback you sent. Conversation transcripts are not currently included.

Deletion does not offer the export again. Download or copy it before the final confirmation.

1. Cancel a paid plan first

Deleting a Rheusk account does not cancel its subscription. Apple, Google or Stripe can continue billing until the subscription held by that company is cancelled.

Settings shows which shop manages your current plan. Cancel it there:

  • Apple: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Rheusk, then tap Cancel Subscription. Apple's current instructions ↗
  • Google Play: open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, choose Subscriptions, select Rheusk, then cancel. Google Play's current instructions ↗
  • Rheusk website: open the billing portal from the plan screen. If you cannot reach it, email [email protected] before deleting the account.

Cancelling normally stops the next renewal while leaving access until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is decided by the shop that charged you and the law that applies to the purchase.

2. Delete the account

  1. Open Rheusk on the web, iPhone or Android and sign in.
  2. Open Settings using the gear at the top of Chat or Content.
  3. Scroll to the Data section and choose Delete account.
  4. Read the final warning and confirm. Rheusk signs you out when deletion finishes.

What is removed

Account deletion removes the active records connected to you, including:

  • account details and the Firebase sign-in identity;
  • themes, ideas, ordering, concepts, outlines and scripts;
  • captions, hashtags and archived content;
  • conversations, replies and tool notes;
  • the writing profile and feedback;
  • AI usage records and Rheusk-held subscription references.

Encrypted database backups expire on a rolling schedule and are gone within 90 days. Apple, Google or Stripe may retain payment records required for tax, accounting, disputes or fraud prevention. Those records do not contain your Rheusk writing.

If you only want Rheusk to forget your writing profile

Use Clear profile in Settings instead. Your themes, ideas, scripts and conversations remain, while Rheusk returns to learning from the work you keep from that point onward.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We may ask for enough information to verify that the account is yours. Tell us separately if a subscription is still running and you need help finding the seller.
