By creating an account or using Rheusk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Rheusk provides
Rheusk is a writing workspace for developing short-form content. It stores themes and ideas, supports a concept–outline–script process, and provides an AI conversation that can help write and organise that work.
Rheusk does not record, edit, publish or schedule video, manage social accounts, or promise an audience or commercial result.
Your work remains yours
You keep the rights you have in the content you add to Rheusk and in the output you choose to use. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service: storing and displaying your work, processing it through our providers, and using the work you keep to improve later suggestions for your own account.
Your work is not used as an example for other users and Rheusk does not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to upload and use the material you provide.
How the AI writer acts
When you ask through the conversation, the writer may create themes and ideas, write or replace stages, edit text, and move or reorder content directly in your notebook. Tool notes in the conversation show what changed. Review the Content tab after a material request.
The AI writer cannot delete your content. Deletion stays behind a direct action in the Content tab or Settings.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable or similar to material created elsewhere. Duplicate checks reduce one kind of repetition; they are not a guarantee of originality. You must review any output before publishing or relying on it.
What you are responsible for
- What you ask Rheusk to produce and what you choose to publish.
- Checking factual claims, permissions, disclosures and legal requirements that apply to your content.
- Keeping access to your account secure and telling us if you believe it has been compromised.
- Using the service lawfully and without infringing another person's rights.
Do not use Rheusk for illegal content, impersonation, harassment, fraud, exploitation, automated abuse, attempts to bypass safeguards, or access to another person's account or data.
Plans and payment
Current plan features and prices appear on the pricing page and, for mobile purchases, in the App Store or Google Play. Paid plans renew until cancelled. The shop that sold the subscription controls its billing, cancellation and refund process.
Website subscriptions
Stripe charges website plans monthly or yearly in advance. Tax is calculated at checkout where required. Cancel through the billing portal; unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise, access continues to the end of the paid period and partial periods are not refunded.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
Apple or Google charges the price shown in its store and manages tax, renewal, cancellation and eligible refunds under its terms. Manage that subscription in the corresponding store account.
Avoid maintaining subscriptions through two shops at once. Separate sellers create separate charges, and one seller generally cannot cancel or refund another seller's transaction.
Plan limits and fair use
Plans have limits on stored items, AI writing actions, and AI conversation use. Conversation use is measured in weighted tokens—the amount the model reads plus extra weight for what it writes—over a rolling 30-day window. This means a long import or script uses more of the allowance than a short exchange. It is not a guaranteed number of messages.
Free accounts also share a daily AI capacity that grows with paid membership. When that shared capacity is full, free AI conversation may pause until room returns. Paid plans are not blocked by Free-plan demand. In either case, manual access to your notebook, editing, search and export remains available.
Do not evade plan limits or the shared capacity through multiple accounts, automation or coordinated use. We may restrict abusive activity and will explain an account-level restriction where practical.
Changes and availability
AI features depend on outside providers and may be slow, unavailable, rate-limited or changed. We may replace models, adjust operational limits, and update the service as it develops. Material changes to a paid plan apply no earlier than the next renewal unless needed for security, law or prevention of abuse.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every AI request will succeed. A failed or interrupted response may still have consumed provider resources; Rheusk records actual or estimated usage so the allowance cannot be avoided through a provider reporting failure.
Ending service
You may stop using Rheusk and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is immediate for active data, but it does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel through Apple, Google Play or Stripe first.
We may suspend access needed to prevent harm, unlawful activity, security incidents or material misuse. We may end Rheusk generally with 30 days' notice; if that ends prepaid service early, we will refund the unused portion paid directly to us where required.
Disclaimers and liability
Rheusk is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Rheusk in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
